The Board of Directors at Avery Ranch Owners Association has chosen GrandManors to manage your community as of January 1, 2017.

GrandManors partners with CiraConnect, the industry’s leading technology and shared services provider, to deliver top-quality services to your community. These services include a team of Resident Advisors who are waiting to assist you with questions you may have regarding your account or the community you live in. Our Resident Service Center is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. You may reach them at 1-855-9-GrandManors (1-855-947-2636) or AVERYR@ciramail.com.

You also have access to your personal Resident Portal, an online servicing tool designed to provide easy and immediate access to the most important information regarding your property and community. You will be able to view information anytime, anywhere, with the click of a mouse at www.ciranet.com/residentportal. To log in, you will need your specific account information listed at the top right-hand corner of your statement.

GrandManors is committed to maintaining the beauty and value of your community. Starting immediately, experienced managers will work closely with your Board of Directors to maintain your amenities and common areas. Service staff will address your needs in a timely and professional manner.
